1200 reps in nine days, including three days of rest. i was a bit disappointed with the three whole days of rest, but looks like the muscles did some growing in that time because i was able to bench 60 reps instead of my usual 50 and the 60 curl set i was planning on starting with came just as easy as the 40 curl set i had been doing. so our progress report looks like this:

133 reps per day/average (115 needed to make goal)
15% of goal accomplished in 12.85% of time alloted

so we are ahead of schedule and doing better than our needed average. we move forward!
